Union Square Cafe “Unofficial” Holiday Video
It’s rare to find a piece of entertainment quite like Matt Gould and Dina Millan’s brilliant and utterly original “USC ‘Unofficial’ Holiday Video”. Full of knowing little nuggets bound to be satisfying holiday confections for NYC restaurant insiders like me, the video, produced entirely by employees of one of New York City’s Downtown perennials, nevertheless has so much universal appeal that I wouldn’t be surprised if it took the country by storm in the next couple of weeks. A must see.
